Dan’s is proud to be one of the few independent restaurants of Marlborough, with a relaxed atmosphere and of course and most importantly cooking tasty food with care and passion that people really want to eat.
LOCAL AT HEART
For over 25 years Dan has been feeding and looking after the good people of Marlborough firstly at the popular Coles Restaurant for seventeen years and his own venture for the last eight. Dan’s wife Charlie a Marlborough local who has spent many years working overseas can be found behind the bar creating delicious cocktails, pouring ice cold Asahi and helping select the perfect wine.

Our food is modern with multicultural influences and our wine list is diverse reflecting Dan’s Australian roots and Charlies extensive travels.
DINING FOR EVERY OCCASION
Our cosy bar and restaurant with wood burners is a great place to spend a relaxed winter evening, our outside space is great for a summer cocktail or a light lunch and our upstairs restaurant is great for small weddings and get-togethers.
